Project Description

The development, formely the iconic curved Rushcliffe Civic Centre, located between Trent Bridge Cricket Ground and Nottingham Forest’s City Ground stadium, consists of one, two and three-bed luxury apartments, along with 5,500 sq ft of serviced offices.

There will also be a 3,800 sq ft restaurant and bar, with a large terrace overlooking the Trent, and 3,000 sq ft of retail space on the ground floor.

They will be adjoined to other units at Bridgford House, which are currently home to food and drink outlets including The Southbank bar.

The addition of two 11 storey towers acting as “bookend” to the existing building together with 12 new luxury penthouse suites constructed over two new floors on the roof  will have panoramic views of the River Trent and Nottingham skyline across the water.

Below them will be 121 more flats, as well as offices and three retail units that will include a riverside bar and restaurant.
